The ACC will meet at 9:00 the second Tuesday of each month to review ACC requests that have been submitted to Leland Management for review unless otherwise posted.
Request for consideration include but not limited to:
- Tree Cutting
- House Paintings – (Paint colors must be from the approved book of colors)
- Roof Replacement
- Fencing
- Landscape changes and installations
Please plan early and submit your request early. The ACC may take up to 45 days for processing.
Work must not commence until approval has been received. Failure to receive an approval could result in an additional financial cost to the homeowner.
