Impacts for residents and commuters in the area will include utility relocations and installations in the corridor and normal construction noise caused by heavy equipment and excavation. Intermittent lane closures may occur throughout construction.

There will be considerable congestion at the front entrance and along Lithia Pinecrest. Entering and exiting the community will be more stressful during peak times.  Please plan your travels accordingly.
