9:00 am – 2:00 pm (1 Day only)

(7:30 am – 9:00 am for community residents to shop)

*Cost to participate is $15.00 per home*

Checks or Money orders (make payable to FHT HOA)

To participate… drop off fee (checks or money orders only – no cash) and this form in a sealed envelope to the Association Manager at the Clubhouse or at the Gate House.

Your address may be used to develop the strip map for the customers.  We are asking all customers to park on the “odd number” address side of the street to keep the street clear.  Please advise customers to park on the odd number side of the street if you are able.

1.  PLEASE HAVE GARBAGE, RECYCLING, AND YARD WASTE AT THE CURB ON FRIDAY NIGHT 27 MARCH.  WASTE MANAGEMENT IS PLANNING TO RUN THE ROUTE EARLY AND BE OUT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY!

2.  Resident shopping is from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.  Gates open to the public at 9:00 am.

3.  For those of you new to this…it gets a bit crazy!! …..be prepared – be patient. The main streets get a bit crowded. Give yourself extra time if you are heading out or in.

There will be additional personnel helping with traffic congestion. We ask all visitors to park on the side of the street with odd-numbered houses to prevent traffic jams, but that doesn’t always happen. Please be patient.

4.  We will have donation trucks staged at the clubhouse from around 11 to 4 Saturday afternoon.
