Fish Hawk Trails Hurricane Ian Update

Fish Hawk Trails

While we cannot control Mother Nature, we urge you to focus on those things which you can control.  Lean forward, prepare, and stay safe.  The safety of residents, their families, and our employees are our foremost concern.

While we have taken preemptive measures throughout the year to minimize damage from trees falling, we do, however, anticipate with the projected intensity of Ian there will be some tree damage.  We have alerted our service providers but there’s no guarantee of how fast they can respond.

Access Control

Once the Tampa Florida region has been issued a Hurricane Warning, Marksman will establish its Emergency Operations Center.  This center will operate 24/7 from the time the warning is issued until conditions return to normal.  Upon receipt of an advisory that winds of 74 mph plus are anticipated, Marksman employees will be advised to exit their post or stay home. The front gates will be left open and secured as best as they can.  Staff will return to their post once it is deemed safe to do so.

Property Management

As a safety precaution, we urge you to secure all backyard items, small landscape pots, and flags as these items are easily blown away and easily become projectiles.
