Lithia Pinecrest Road at Fishhawk Trails Drive Intersection Improvements

In August we notified the community that the Lithia Pinecrest Road Fish Hawk Trails intersection improvement project was scheduled. The intersection improvement is scheduled to commence next week weather permitting.

The aim of the project is to enhance safety. Impacts for residents and commuters in the area will include utility relocations and installations in the corridor and normal construction noise caused by heavy equipment and excavation. Intermittent lane closures may occur throughout construction. All associated work is scheduled to be complete by early 2022. Below is a rendering of the county’s design plan.

There will be considerable congestion at the front entrance and along Lithia Pinecrest. Entering and exiting the community will be more stressful during peak times.  Please plan your travels accordingly. Additionally, a second road project to the west of us is scheduled for the first quarter. The road resurfacing project and lane enhancements for Fish Hawk Ranch (Osprey Ridge Drive Resurfacing/Fishhawk Crossing Boulevard from Fishhawk Blvd to Dorman Rd) is scheduled for February 2022 and due to be completed in March.
