October Assessments

Leland Property Management will be mailing a welcome letter this week to all owners which will include instructions on paying assessments and a phone number and email address for any questions that owners have about their payments.  Any checks or payments that go to Merit Management will be forwarded to Leland and will be posted to the owner’s account. If you have auto debit established with your financial institution, it is suggested that you put a stop order or redirect order once the new payee information is received.
