Parking Enforcement – Event Registration

Owners, Residents, & Invited Guest

Best practices for residents, guests, and tenants are to park their vehicle in the driveway or garage. Should the driveway be at capacity or undergoing maintenance, i.e., seal coating, owners should request a pass from the access control officer,  Unauthorized vehicles on the streets after midnight or vehicles that impede the flow of traffic during daylight hours are subject to tow.

In the case of an event/party, which is common during the holiday season a visitor parking pass must be displayed on the driver side dashboard/windshield. How to register an event/party?

Guests must park on the right-hand side of the street in the direction of the flow of traffic, not blocking corners or curves, and must not impede the flow of traffic from either direction.

How to Register

  1. Register your guest in the dwelling live/capture system – https://community.dwellinglive.com/visitormanagement/guestlist.aspx  – Select Add Party from the menu
  2. Provide a hard copy of your guest list to the Post Captain and Community Manager at least 48 hours in advance of your event.
  3. Residents must present the Post Captain a guest list at least 48 hours in advance. Short term event parking is permissible at the clubhouse parking lot not to exceed 24 hours. Parking on sidewalks, easements, grass areas or any other non-driveway or designated parking space will result in the vehicle being towed at the owners’ expense. Unauthorized vehicles left on the streets after hours will be removed.

Please contact the Association Manager with any questions you may have.   This information is posted on your community website.
