Per your request for official records, please take this email as my official notice of resignation from the office of president and from the board of directors of Fish Hawk Trails Home Owner’s Association. This resignation is effective 22 June 2023.
The present board is dysfunctional, obstructive, divisive, and toxic with certain board members personally attacking myself, our past president, our late community manager, and our association attorney on a continual basis. Therefore, I cannot continue in this voluntary role with minority support and adversity from this board. It is my hope that the remaining board members can get their act together, be professional, follow our governing documents, and act in the interests of the community as a whole.
