The Board recently approved an upgrade to the Association’s gate access system, which will be installed on August 31, 2020. The last time an audit was conducted was in 2013; consequently, the Association will be conducting an audit to ensure all issued decals are valid. We are requesting that you complete the attached Vehicle(s) Registration form and return it to Association Manager, Sandy Shand by dropping it off at the guardhouse or emailing to Sandy at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Board also implemented an emergency notification system. It is strongly recommended that the dwelling live system and Leland’s record are updated with your current cell and landline phone numbers, and preferably an email address.
If you would like to register an additional vehicle, please complete the attached New or Additional Vehicle Registration form and drop it off to Post Captain James Landgren at the guardhouse during the hours of Monday thru Friday from 7 am – 3 pm. Please note the Board currently limits the number of vehicle decals issued per residence to four (4). The cost of an additional decal is $15.00. Please make check payable to Fish Hawk Trails HOA. Current registration showing residency of Fish Hawk Trails is required.
